Spring Equinox Blow-Out

Naval Aviation in Audio celebrated the Spring in 2010 with its second annual playing of Igor Stravinksy’s Rite Of Spring. This time the sacrificial audiobook was Peggy Klaus’s Brag! The Art Of Tooting Your Own Horn Without Blowing It, and supplemental thunder was supplied by the mixed CD Winnipeg Riot: 18 Killers From Canada’s Musical Murder Capital. Corporate careerism enmeshed in scenes from Pagan Russia collides with jolts of Winnipeggan punk.

Avant-Garde music and spoken-word snippets from that disc were interspersed with Canadian Punk from the MAYDAY! All Canadian Oi! And Streetpunk Compilation. Also featured a live reading from Out To Lunch's book of poetry KRYATL.
